Planning for the Future
After hours of careful deliberation by a strategic planning committee, the American Jail Association’s Board of Directors approved the adoption of AJA’s Strategic Plan.
The dedicated members of the Strategic Planning Committee crafted a plan designed to guide the association into the future based on AJA’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
AJA believes the Strategic Plan addresses those important areas and provides a thoughtful roadmap for continued growth, leadership, and service to the field of corrections.
